We strive to ensure that our corporate culture is characterized by openness and respect. ProSiebenSat.1 Group appreciates the diversity that our employees bring to the company with their individual qualities, talents and skills. We are convinced that diverse teams are better able to solve complex tasks and understand the different requirements of our customers. That is why we consider diversity to be an important success factor for our company. ProSiebenSat.1 Group signed the Diversity Charter in 2014 and follows the guidelines stipulated therein. This highlights our commitment to creating a work environment free from prejudice and exclusion, and where diversity is actively encouraged among employees.
We hire employees at all hierarchical levels solely based on objective criteria and promote employees based on their skills and expertise alone. Other factors such as background and culture, age, gender, sexual orientation and identity, disability, religion and ideology do not come into play.
